✍ Why my ‘FavePieces’ folder exists (and why it should for every creative)
Every now and then I scroll through my FavePieces folder.
🎨 It's currently sitting at 222 pieces of work.
Not just because they look good, but because they remind me of:
📂 what inspired me at the time (and how I can keep building on these ideas)
📂 the progress I’ve made and huge milestones along the way
📂 the compounding wins, 1%s, and micro-improvements
🔎 The compounding impact of 1%s is a huge focus for the team at FLIGHTSTORY. For me, this folder highlights how those tiny improvements stack up into work I’m genuinely proud of.
It’s like a mini time capsule that inspires me to keep innovating and pushing my scope.
Do you keep a folder like this? or am I just hoarding? 👀

This is awesome!! It’s clear how much passion you put into your work, not just hard work but meaning too. I like the idea of it being a folder of keepsakes, reminding you not only of what you’re proud of but also of what you’re capable of when you do something with purpose.
